There's no way of telling without a picture at the very minimum. Age can be determined somewhat by the toenails and the body development of the rabbit. While the rabbit is still younger than 8 months old or slightly older, the rabbit's toenails will be short and sharp. As the rabbit get's older, the toenails will get longer and dull. A rabbit will also attain it's full size by about the time it turns 1 year old. Rabbits normally live from about 5-14 years if they are well taken care of, depending on the breed and the individual rabbit.

If you know the breed and weight of the rabbit that might also help determine an answer to the age to a certain degree.

How are we possibly supposed to tell how old your rabbit is? Yes they can live longer than five years. However if you have a girl and you want her to live a long life you should get her spayed. Female rabbits that are unspayed have a high cancer rate. http://www.rabbit.org
