my legs, mostly thighs are reallllly big, i hate them sooo much, from my hips and up i am fit, but i cant make my legs thinner, i dont want muscle, i just want them thinner, i walk 1.7 km a day, it doesnt really work
does anyone know what mkaes them thinner, naturally??

some of this also may just be how your body devolopes muscle, we seem too forget that not everybodies body developes the same way -- if you really are fit and healthy maybe you shouldnt worry soo much about it --- some people find that shape too be very attractive , but if you are stilll unsatisfied with the way you look your best bet is to talk to a doctor or other health professional as they may have better insight as to what your needs are specifically.

Avoid too many walks they just turn fat to muscle change your eatig habbits and be happy looks are not the knees bees of life.
If you are beautyfull on the inside then nothing wrong with a bit of meat on the outside.

My only other suggestion is walking. For at least an hour a day walk, walk, walk.

Walk or even jog more once in the morning and in the evening and put in more miles.

climb a lot of stairs/steps, walk a lot, don't use your car or bike too often
