there was a group in the UK called the "29ers" or something like that, they would get together on the Feb 29 and celebrate their birthday together. When filling in forms, they would put thier age as 8 when in fact they were 32..

8 because they only have had 8 birthdays.

The person born on 29th Feb, if he wishes to, can celebrate his birthday on the expiry of every 365 days.

Why should he celebrate on 28th FEb or 1st march, he needs to celebrate only on 29th Feb, ha.....ha ........4 yr party at once

Actually the Birthday shall be celebrated every fourth year just like our one of the ex-prime minister, Lt.Sh.Morarjee Desai used to.
But as welll said that occasions may be post poned but shouldnot be preponed, so 3 years , 1st of March is better option, or better celebrate in Hindi tithi.

I'd say celebrate on Feb 28... at least you'd celebrate your birthday in the correct month, if not the correct day.

To me it makes sense to at least celebrate in the month in which you were born, so I'd say February 28. Celebrating in March would make you kind of a fake "March Baby".

Alot of people just celebrate the 29th. It makes you should younger too ^^ Being 4 when someone else would be 16! :P

Everything I've heard about folks born on that day suggests each one takes their pick. They love to say at age 40 they are only 10 years old. You can bet they get presents every year though.
