My tubes were tied 2 years ago and then my husband passed away. I met someone new and would like to have more children.

I have 4 children, i had my tubes tied when i was 26,untied when i was 30, i am 33 now,,, no luck yet ,, but Dr says every case is different becuz i only have a small amount of tube left becuz my tubes had to be burned, the clamp didnt work, so when my tubes where burned my obgyn used to high of heat and damaged a large section nof both of my tubes...

It's not impossible but chances diminished greatly but it's worth a try :) Depending on the length of the attached tubes and the deterioration if any.
The sperm and egg are normally fertilized in the fallopian tubes so shortening them cuts your chances of normal fertilization process and trip to attach to the uterus.

Tubal ligation is almost always reversible, whether they were just blocked with a crimp, or cut and cauterised, or whatever. Talk to your doctor about it. :)

No I havent but it is very possible to reverse it and have lots of babies

I think if the tubes are totally cut they are not revirsible, I suggest that you should consult your OB gyne.
