Yes, it does. The CIA is the largest drug trafficker in this country and thereby in this world.
Drugs are a good business. The Bush junta has identified that and will not pass up on a good business opportunity. Since they have a contempt for life and every living being it doesn't matter to them who shoots up and who dies of what. The money the drugs generate come from prostitution and crimes small and large. The criminal activity to finance drug consumption is just a part of the overall crime statistics and is drowned by our complacency and the overall noise of the media.

Probably, I've heard the same thing for many years, with many different instances. Until a government official comes up to me and offers me drugs, I won't care that much though, and I wouldn't accept drugs from a government worker.
