See your doctor and get a referral to a urologist -- there are some tests for this to determine what isn't working right.

This is a medical issue.

Most commonly this problem occurs because one tries to get heated up to get an errection and that heat causes ejaculation before errection takes place. Probably pills like Viagra may help you ,but consult a doctor first.

is ur wife still with u? WONDER... premature ejaculation is mostly connected with mind. Try the exercise of squeezing ur penis. I mean just like when u feel pressure to urinate and u just hold ur urine. Just like this when u r not feeling the pressure of urinating, just try the holding exercise and just think u have urinating sensation. DO IT REGULARLY...
