If so what would you do differently?

Gawd, I hated high school. I hated it so much that I took extra classes and finished, with a diploma, not a GED, at age 16.

The first year I was in college, I had a recurring nightmare that I had to go back to high school for a semester and be shamed by the nerds I laughted at when I was rid of them! It was so horrifying and nauseating that it woke me up.

This is the only recurring nightmare I've ever had in my life.

Let's see, I hated the unfairness and biases of the teachers, the iunhumane asininity of the popularity contests, the drugs, the nerdy cliques, the racial violence and shakedowns (this was a center city high school), the immaturity of my fellow students, and, oh yeah, the hell of being completely surrounded by squealers who had no ability to keep a confidence and couldn't tell a funny story if their souls depended upon it.

Ha, um, I would get rid of the bullies. I wasn't bullied, I was too creepy, but within my realm of creepiness, I sheltered a lot of picked-on people. No I would not like to go back to high school but sometimes I wish I had not quit college.

Yah, I was sooo cool back then. Now I am just an old fart. I think if I went back I wouldn't do anything differently I had such a great time...except that one time...oh, yah I wouldn't have stolen that van and crashed it into a pole in front of the school.

I wouldn't want to put myself through that again. They say it is the best years of your life, but I disagree. I hate high school, and I have no desire to even think of it, let alone go back.

in some ways yes but in other ways if you are in high school the best is yet to come..yes you miss the freedoms of that life but then you learn to fall in love with your lover and then you fall in love all over again when you have a child, and you put into action all the stuff you was taught..so in one way yes and in another way i couldn't imagine my life without my kids, and my husband

I always wanted to ask this certain young lady out--and every stinkin' time I would freeze! It was so stupid -as we were good freinds in the first place....its been 20+ years and i still kick myself about that!!

Never, never never. That was the worst time of my life and I am so glad that I am where I am today. Well past high school and the pettiness of teenagers.

No I dont want to look back. There were sweet and sour memories. But what is the use in going back? We have to accept life as it comes.
