whats better flax seed oil capsules or the flax seeds for dry skin? if neither what is best for dry skin other than moistureizers?

Fish oil capsules are good.
A diet high in fatty acids is good (essential fatty acids, not saturated fats)
Using real butter instead of that dangerous fake stuff.
