As it is, I have to individually select each update and click add.

An easy one. If you can't click on the following link, then open up Microsoft Word, click on Help, and then "Office on the Web". Look for and click on the about checking for Updates.

PS: "Windows Update" and "MS Office Update" are not linked. Windows update provides security and other updates to the operating system as a whole, and Office Update concerns itself only with MS Office issues.

Good question. You can easily update Windows but I am having a real time trying to download Office Professional updates.

Yes, you can download Microsoft Update when you are doing Windows Update it tells you if you want to download it.
