1) My starting QB is Matt Hasselbeck...My backup is Michael Vick...the available decent QB's to pick up are Ben Roethlisberger, Brad Johnson, Kurt Warner, and Brett Favre. I have to drop Vick...I didn't realize he has the same bye week as Hasselbeck...who should i pick up for Hasselbeck's bye week and when they stop playing him because Seattle already makes the playoffs.
2) Starting TE is Alge Crumpler...Backup TE is Jermaine Wiggins...decent TE's available are Vernon Davis, Ben Watson, and Marcus Pollard...should i drop Wiggins and pick up a different backup to crumpler?

You are looking at it the wrong way. Of the list you put up, I like Kurt Warner because he has more weapons and is puts up fantasy numbers. However there is the health concern each year. Next on my list would be Johnson as I think he will throw the ball more than Ben this year however you can't go wrong with either.
But before you pick up one of those guys, deal Vick. Someone will give you something for him. You can probably pick up a backup RB or maybe even starting TE for Michael vick in some leagues. Vick is not a good fantasy option but dropping him just can't be done.
Trade him and then pick up Warner or Johnson imo.
As for your TE situation. I would stick with Wiggins. Davis will not be a huge fantasy option as he is still a rookie and SF has a TE. Watson isn't a bad option.
Not sure if these TEs are available but they are possible options.
Ben Troupe
Itula Mili (Stevens hurt in Seattle and expected to miss 6-8 weeks)

For your QB, Hassleback must be your starter, however, Kurt Warner will put up great numbers in the first couple weeks. He's got the weapons, but he will go down with injury soon. I would take advantage of him in the first weeks if i were you.
Try trading Vick. Ben Roethlisberger is a solid starter for your fantasy team. He's showing almost no signs of the injury during the offseason during his drives. Pick him up.
-Favre is a handsoff player. His line is disgusting and he has a broken down running game. Did I mention he has a rusty TE, and only a couple of receivers?
-Brad Johnson would get you nice backup numbers, but he's so conservative that your'e not going to get too many 300 yd games from him. He just wins games, he's not flashy.
2) DO NOT pick up pollard. Last year he was a bust, and this year with Mike Martz he should be even worse! Watson is a viable backup with the Patriots using a 4 TE set every now and then. But you must remember, he won't get as many TD's because Vrabel gets alotta those quick post route red zone grabs. I would say to drop wiggins and pick up vernon davis (he has the potential to be deadly, but only as far as Alex Smith can go) or pick up Watson.

Don't Drop Vick. Try a trade first, you might be a ble to get a better WR than you already have (maybe a number 3), than you should probably drop your back up defense or backup kicker or maybe even a week WR and pick B. Johnson or K. warner. Kurt has the biggest duo in WR in the NFL and with the addition of James to the backfield it will help keep defences honest. So I would probably go with him.
In the TE situation, I like Wiggins better than all the other ones. With Koren in a bind, Wiggins will be a major target.
Also when deciding on who to pick up, look at who they play on the week you will need them. For example on week five Johnson plays detroit and warner plays the chiefs. (it is preety much a win win situation there).
Good Luck!!!

1. Take Warner. He is chalk full of wide receivers and a good safe choice.
2. Davis is a rookie don't buy the rookie hype. Pollard doesn't have Manning and his skills are declining. I say keep Wiggins.

Trade Vick, Warner has the most upside of these quarterbacks, he is on a loaded offensive team. I like wiggins in that role!

this must be a crap league if all those guys are available:
QB - grab Warner; but see if someone else is interested in Vick- don't cut him outright.
TE- Vernon Davis is a monster; grab him now before someone else does.
