only made with red potato's though..
artichoke hearts
red onion
green peppers
cherry tomatoes
black olives ( no pits) lol
hard-cooked eggs chilled
anchovy's
snipped parsley

I like a good tossed salad with lots of vegitables such as carrots, spenach, peppers, onions, tomatoes, cuccumbers, and lets not forget the goodies like the bacon bits and crutons. Yum yum!
