Sure looks like there is one issue that towers over all the others of the time, at least as far as I can tell:

G.W. Bush: Iraq/Terrorism
Clinton: Lewinsky
H.W. Bush: 1. Gulf war
Reagan: Defeat of communism
Carter: Iran hostages
Ford: Recession
Nixon: Watergate
Johnson: Vietnam
Kennedy: Assassination
Eisenhower: Cold war
Truman: Korea
Roosevelt: WW2
And so on...

Yea I would say so....
However most of the Presidents you listed were somewhat related to war & to help other nations rid Communism & dictators,& free people from oppression. Which is all Great!

.. JFK didn't get to be President long enough Unfortunatly.

Nixon: Well that is self explanitory.

Clinton: Well that is self explanitory too.. instead of shooting off Bin Ladins head with ammo from a hp rifle when we had the chance ...(9/11 wouldn't have happened!)
He was aiming at Monica w/ his squirt gun! Pervert!
He was a bigger disgrace to this country than Nixon!
