No, not really.. This card was good around two generations ago but right now it's better to invest on atleast a GeForce 6800 (the prices have gone really low)..Else a 7600GS goes for a cool $130 and better yet a 7600GT is around $200
nVIDIA dominates the mainstream category at the moment so 7300 or 7600 should be your choice if you're budget isn't sky high.

I agree with the first answer...... and the 6600 are decent but not for the future in gaming. If you are going to upgrade, I suggest to wait until directx10 shows up. Then the video card manufacturers will start making video cards that support that technology. The 6200 are usually around 50 dollars. But yea you can play newer video games but not at it's full potential. Then again I have a GeForce 7600 GT KO and I still can't fully put all the glitter on Age of Empires 3.

when u upgrade the card make sure u have a kick *** monitor
