Congratulations there dad. I commend you for your devotion to both your wife and new daughter too.
The only name I can think of for your daughter is Skylar. I've always loved that name too but I never had a daughter only two wonderful sons. If I were ever to have a granddaughter I would be honored if they would name her Skylar. The sound of it makes me think of the blue sky and the beautiful white clouds that form all those lovely shapes in the sky.

Are you looking for an American Indian name, Indian name or Americanized name? If it doesn't matter, I would suggest Willow. It reminds me of a soft gentle breeze, but yet something strong.
