*Incoming Mail (POP3) Server: pop.mail.yahoo.com (Port 110)
* Outgoing (SMTP) Server: smtp.mail.yahoo.com (Port 25)
* Account Name/Login Name: your Yahoo! ID (your email address without the "@yahoo.com")
* Email Address: your Yahoo! Mail address (e.g., user@yahoo.com)

for more go to this site.
http://help.yahoo.com/help/us/mail/pop/

hope that you get your question there

OR

you can do as i have done... download Ypops and install it and then use outlook express.. this method is free....
for Ypops the server is 127.0.0.1 for both and POP3 port 110 and SMTP port 25

you have to first download the Ypops!, before configuring the outlook for Yahoo Mail. Download the Ypops! from the below location

http://prdownloads.sourceforge.net/yahoopops/ypops-win-0.8.6.2.exe?download

select your location and it will ask to save.

Now install this package, then run outlook express, goto Tools>> Accounts>> Mail >> New >> enter the name and email Id when asked

and type "127.0.0.1" in Smtp & Pop when asked.

Press ok and close where-ever it require and Now click on Send/receive and Voila you are receiving your Yahoo Mails in Outlook Express. Enjoy

If you use Yahoo.com, you won't be able to set up your Outlook without switching to Yahoo Premium service.

Try to sign up to Regional Yahoo mail account such as Yahoo.com.au, Yahoo.com.sg, etc, then you will able to sync it with Outlook.
Once you signed up, go to your Outlook and set up your SMTP to smtp.mail.yahoo.com.XX and POP3 to pop.mail.yahoo.com.XX (where XX is the country code in which Yahoo mail service you signed up before. Example: 'smtp.mail.yahoo.com.sg' if you register for Yahoo Singapore).

Or, if you still want to use Yahoo.com, try to download "ypops" from www.ypopsemail.com. The choice is yours!
