Keep in mind that Tinos doesn't have the most picturesque town, but many villages inside the village are really nice, like Pyrgos, and many beaches are great, like Ysternia and others, not tto close to the town. The town is very oriented to religious tourism, not in the best way possible. Also, I guess you can visit Delos from Tinos. This is really worth it. Or you can take the liner ferry boats and have a daily excursion to Syros or Myconos, they are really close, check the schedules.
