Thundercloud, because they can be unpredictable. The cloud exterior seems to placid, but inside it is anything but. Planes can have their wings pulled off, or be slammed into the ground with incredible force. The buffeting winds inside are extremely dangerous, with hurricane force winds. Plus lightning can severely damage electrical systems in aircraft.
