NO. It is NOT safe. It is withcraft and uses the power of darkness. If you think calling upon demons for a "game" have no consequences, think again.

It is called the ouija board and is used by witches and warlocks.

You think it is a "game" because satan, in this world, deceives us to think its is a "game" but actually it is setting a foothold of evil in your life. Do not be deceived.

The Bible in John 10 :10 says the thief comes to steal, kill and destroy but God came to give life and life abundantly.

I had classmates who did that and got possessed by evil spirits.

Do not go near such occult practices.

Come into the light of our Lord Jesus Christ, for in Him there is no darkness.

If you want any questions answered, ask Jesus and He will give you the answer. The Bible says :

Deuteronomy 4:29
But from there you will seek the LORD your God, and you will find Him if you seek Him with all your heart and with all your soul.

Matthew 7:7
[ Keep Asking, Seeking, Knocking ] “Ask, and it will be given to you; seek, and you will find; knock, and it will be opened to you.

Come into the light and do not be blinded by the darkness.

Receive Jesus into your life as your Lord and Saviour and bask in the light of His love.

Do not dabble with dark practices such as ouija boards.

That is the same as a Ouija Board and NOT something to mess with. Milton Bradley may classify it as a game but it is NOT a game. You are better off not messing with things you do not understand. It can have grave consequences. How do you know nothing came thru that didn't go back thru? Think of that. By the way Christian stuff isnt gonna help you nor hinder you with this. and its NOT witchcraft!!!!!! its just plain evil. There is a BIG difference.

If you ask questions like that, you have no idea what's going to answer them. It might be a scrap of energy, it might be something calling itself the ghost of Napoleon, it might claim to be your dead mother, it might be a random and bad tempered nature efritt - you have no idea what might answer the phone to a random call like that.
The problem is that you might call up something that doesn't want to leave. That can be a serious problem, even to the point of being life-threatening. No, I don't think it's safe to play. Learn to use the Rider-Waite Tarot instead and always ask for protection before you use the cards. Much, much safer.

This is similar to the ouija board, and again, I caution you not to mess around with it unless you are absolutely sure that you know exactly what you are getting yourself into. Until you realize that this is more than just a simple game, then you should stay far, far away from it.

No,

You really don't know what you are doing. There are many reasons why you should not play it but mentioning them would only make it more interesting.

Compare it to drinking while camping in the middle of the road. Nothing will happen as long as the drivers don't run you over.... you give control of what's coming in completely out of your hands and you have no way of telling is what you get is good or bad.

Kinda like here.

Ouigi boards are just for fun. Half of the answers are actually fueled by what you want it to say. Here's how it works:
You put your fingers on the little shifty thing (I don't remember what it's called). You have to apply a certain amount of pressure for it to work. If you press hard enough, the pulsing from your fingers starts to move it. Normally, people move is subconsciously towards whatever they want it to say.
