I think that it is much better to go for MBA after working in an organisation for at least 3 years. It helps the person grasp the things that are being taught at the MBA program. Without such practical experience, one is not able to relate what is being taught to real life situations, and all the info remains theoretical. Students find it difficult to participate actively in discussions and tackle case studies. Best is to take part-time MBA courses so that one can learn while earning and also apply the learning to one's job, thereby gaining more value out of the classroom work..

Experience will get you a job but to move up any significant level in most large companies these days requires the MBA. Get your job, start getting experience and get your MBA at night or online. Your company will probably even pay for it.
