i just paid 200 bucks via paypal on ebay~~and it now says the seller is no longer register member?what does that means and what about my money?

I have been using Paypal for years without a problem from them. It seems you may have been taken by the Ebay seller though. Send them an e-mail and ask about when the product will be sent. If they do not respond, or if the package doesn't arrive in a timely manner, contact Ebay and Paypal. You might be able to get your money back through Paypal, I don't know.

Is the money in the account? I'd contact PayPal, never had that problem before. They do have buyer & seller protection policies, read up on those too.
My mistake, thought you were the seller. I'd get ahold of both ebay and Paypal and find out exactly what that means. Once I've had to use Paypal to recover money from something I never received. Takes awhile, but they're really good to work with.

I've had issues before with Paypal and, when I called them, they told me I had to deal with (in your case) the seller personally. I've always felt safe with Paypal though.
Contact the person you are dealing with and demand results or your $ back.
You can always report the seller to eBay and they can take their own action against him.

That's very strange. PayPal is pretty safe from my experience with them. Contact PayPal, explain the situation to them, and you should be able to get your money back.
