long story short, my husband's friend from work is wiggin me out. okay, i called him looking for my hubby at lunch, (he usually eats with him) and he wasn't w/ him. well the guy told my hubby that i had hit on him...ha ha, he was j/k. anyway, i was waiting on my hubby outside of his work and this guy gets in the truck and grabs my 8 month old son and starts playing w/ him...blowing raspberries, talking to him, then he licks him...yeah, he licked him! i almost came unglued, but was so shocked i didn't know what to do besides take my son away from him. i don't like this dude anyway, but since he's friends w/ my hubby, i was polite, and finally my husband came out and he made the "your wife hit on me comment" and left. well, today i waited on my hubby again, and the dude got in the truck w/ me again, and started playing w/ my kid, after i told him not to (he had just gotten his shots and was tired) this time he didn't wait on my hubby and left right as he came out. what do u think

is the guy hitting on me? he acts really odd when he's in the truck w/ me, and i don't even know the guy, we just moved to town, and just met him. is it appropriate for him to act like that? my husband is ready to kill him if he's being shady, but i don't have much experience w/ people acting like this. (i mean he acts weird as in i have never invited him into my vehicle to talk to me, i don't wave at him, or even acknowlege him when he walks by, and i'm not sure, but today i think he saw my hubby coming and then he hopped out) my husband can't figure out if he needs an *** whoopin or if he's just socially retarded

Tell the guy straight out that you don't like him. Tell your husband you don't like him and you would prefer not to be around him. I would've lost it if someone came up and licked my baby. The guy would've known right then and there what my thoughts were about his actions. He sounds like an idiot. Who goes around licking on someones baby. That's nuts.

For starters, keep your truck locked until your husband comes out.

The whole "your wife hit on me" thing is hard to figure, it may be a joke, lame, and once used the first time has run it's course, but it may just be a way to kid around with your husband.

I don't know, call me old fashioned but holding other people's children is something a person should ask permission for first, and children should never be licked.

It's a tough spot because your husband has to work at the same place, but personally, I think this is the type of a guy that I like to call, "A snake in the weeds."

I think this guy is trying to pal it up with your husband, just so he has a reason "in" to talk to you.

First, do you have a good relationship with your husband? Do you believe that he trusts you and thinks you are honest and faithful? If the answer to these questions is YES, then immediately tell him everything...from your gut feeling to the licking and the ignoring of your explicit directions. This guy is an abusive freak, and is trying to get over on you for reasons of his own. I am afraid for you and your baby, because I believe this "friend"s behavior is unpredictible. Do not wait for another incident. Your husband may have to get firm with him, but he is not acting like any friend should...he has already been disrespectful to you, and creepy with your baby. He may be dangerous. Tell, and be watchful.

Hoping all works out OK.

well for one you need to tell you hubby about him getting in the car with you and your family.
I mean some people just don't know when they are over the line

this is kind of on you cause you have not told your hubby

and see if he is a little slow

Some people such as him are idiots to what is right or wrong. I would not have know how to react to that either. But keep a cooler attitude with him and maybe he will realize you dont like him and will go away and shut up.

Talk to your husband and let him know you are uncomfortable around his friend, ask that he does not include the friend when he knows you are going to be there, and keep the baby away from him- he sounds like trouble in the future.

Tell you husband what happened and ask him to politley tell him you are uncomfotable with him and to please not come around without your husband to hang out. I would also keep my child far away from this man if he "licked" your baby.
