Having periods for only two days does not hurt your health. I know people that have periods even for a day only, and there is girls who have it for even 5 or 6 days. everything is different for every girl. If your periods are always regular you do not have to worry about it, but if you ever miss a period then you should see a doctor. They night prescribe birth control pills {even if you are not sexually active} to regulate your periods.

It's possible for you to only have your period for 2 days, if you are not eating enough. Also if you are an athlete, or exercise too much, you will more than likely not have much of a period. Look up women's issues on Yahoo Health. But I wouldn't say it is bad for your health.
