That's not a terrible blood pressure to have. I envy you. Try to stay at that level. Pressure rises markedly with age. I would never take chemical drugs all my life. I livewith my hypertension & accept my fate. those toxic drugs DO NOTHING to RESOLVE THE C-A-U-S-E OF THE HYPERTENSION. They artificially suppress it - but it time the drugs lose their initial effect. it happened to me.

The best approach for now is LOSE WEIGHT, ELIMINATE SALT & salted foods entirely, EXERCISE, KEEP CALM, &
TAKE GRAMS & GRAMS OF VITAMIN C. Garlic helps & so do calcium, magnesium &potassium & lots of them.
Medical science in the west hasn't any solid evidence why some get hbp & others don't. It might be genetic. Some have extra LOW pressure. No one knows why. This disease is the MYSTERY OF ALL AGES. tHey don't do serious intensive research to solving this mystery like they do with cancer. They don't care - it's that simple - they feel you should take your chemical drugs, be content & live that way. I disagree.

If you are overweight ; lose it. If you are stressed out; try to get rid of the stressor (unless the stressor is your teenage kids or something...then use stress relievers -like walking). If you have a family history of high blood pressure you may be prone to it. Do some research & make any changes you can.
Don't forget God is your healer....read the bible & pray to God for answers and for Him to heal you. I hurt my leg/hip skiing as a teen & never went to a doctor. It hurt for years until I was prayed for & God healed me....it NEVER hurt again....its great...God's great!

According to your age and height u should reduce your weight by 5kgs. For this u should go for brisk walking in the morning, but your BP is also high. Be careful in walk. To reduce your BP you should do meditation before dawn.
