I don't think you can measure dumbness. You might have the highest IQ in the world, but if you have no common sense someone that does have common sense will see you as dumb. If the only thing a human can do is eat, drink, poop on the ground, give birth and care for a baby does that make them dumb? Maybe. To answer your last question, cows are dumb sometimes and sometimes not. It seems like wherever you want her to go, she won't; but, maybe that is being smart. We had a cow that was always the first to the feed ground (a spot in a pasture you feed a herd of cows at) and no matter where we fed them at she always seemed to know where we were going and got there before we did. It was pretty smart of her because you do not feed the herd in the same place all the time. You don't want to feed them where there is a lot of cow manure so you change it every so often. Perhaps cows are like us, some are smarter than others.

a cow is not dumb because it's doing what it does naturally, but if you act like a cow you are not acting like a human which makes you seem dumb because it is out of the ordinary
does that make sense?

Hell yeah you dumb. a human is not as dumb as a cow if we were we would'nt be walking around talking holding jobs so B**** slap your self we milk cows why would you ask that. No you dumb as a cow someone need to milk yo a**.

Dumbness is a relative trait........... All of us have a bit of dumbness in us in some way or the either...And all of us are smart atleast in some way......... You may find me Dumb and Nisha might think, wow what i smart guy!!LOL
Cow is dumb as per human standards, but what do we know?? Maybe, with all their Mooo Moo, they even discuss White House politics and about the return of Sachin Tendulkar!!!

One measure of dumbness might be how many Moos Baaaas or words it takes a creature to express an idea. The more words the dumber.
