Who's the artist for this song?

Question

The song is "Beach", but I don't know who the singer is.

I know the last line of the song is:
"together we will be again"

I can't remember much about the lyrics, but I think the first line of the chorus ends with "...the sand"

And I'm quite sure it was a woman singing this song. It's not a heavy metal or fast song, by the way. It's quite slow and sentimental.
