Yes they have been built but they are not used they were built under the Clinton administration, However they were never used. I beleive there were three or four built 1 in Calif. one in Wyoming I forget where the others were. They Aren't concentration camps as you say they are prison camps meant to be used as pow camps they would be used in a time of war for immediate use I think they were built because of the expected process of the many serbs. These camps are currently staffed and ready to go, just add Democrats, Liberals, Yahoo Ans. Victims,Bush Bashers, a wet back or a gross, and anyone else that doesn't keep their mouth shut! They have several steel R.R. boxcars with rows and rows of hand cuff's welded to the floors. So we'll all stay put! The locations of these camps are no secret, you can find out more by searching www. ...there are approx 800 prison facilities staffed by fema and currently no prisoners ....scary stuff. ... the largest is in alaska. almost all have railroad service and many are located near airports. ... and im not buying the serb processing theory nor am i buying the immigrant invasion theory ... the most likely use for these will be to deal with a popular uprising among americans for one reason or another ... "operation garden plot" defines those reasons ... and all the laws and executive orders are in place to allow total martial law to be implemented in case of any "emergency" defined by the whitehouse takes place.
