Delete your cache, your recent history, your cookies. all of that can be done in Internet Properties if your using IE. If your using another browser such as Firefox, you'll have to go in the properites. Run a virus scan cuz alot of them sites may contain some spyware or viruses. In extreme cases if you done so much harm to your computer or you got underage porn on your computer and your fearing the FBI knoking on your door, you can always format your hardrive to where no one can recover what you once had on it. Some format programs wont do that so if you ever did that make sure it writes over your harddrive like 3 times. But you should be alright deleting what I said above!

M not a computer person but I guess u can erase browsing history, delete temp internet files and cookies....dunno if anything else is required....

At your end you can format your disk...
then you can hack into the systems that you went to and format them...
