Actually it was very well done.
It was the story of two of the police officers who went in to save people and got buried in the rubble. It did not go through all of the other parts with the planes, it was from the officers point, what they saw and heard and did.
Also, the two officers who were trapped saw this movie and said it was excellent and could not have captured their side of things better. They gave the movie their approval before it was released.
I think it is about time it was told from the stand point of those who worked so hard to try to save others. At the same time it does not take away from all of those who were lost.

It is not wrong, it was a very good idea, and it was done with a lot of respect. They didn't show details of terrorists or the bad people. They recognized and emphasized the work and sacrifice of two police officers who risk their live to save others. These two guys who survived represent all the people who experienced this tragedy including the family of the victims. For me is a memorial to this day and people that will always be remembered.

Well if you think back, any tragedy that ever occurred had a movie or two made of it. So nobody should be surprised that the World Trade Center was made into a movie. I didn't see it. Was it made well?

I saw World Trade Center and I don't believe it was wrong to make the movie. A fraction of how much the movie makes goes to 9/11 charities. The film reminded me of Titanic. I suggest you go see it.

The movie was made with respect and no sensationalism. It was a touching tribute to the people who gave so much of themselves to save lives. Get off your high horses people! Not everything that comes out of Hollywood is exploitative or sleezy. This is one of Hollywood's more compassionate efforts.

Yep! I saw the footage so many times back in 2001 that I couldn't possibly forget that event. And I want to punch people who put "Never Forget" bumper stickers on their cars. How could anyone forget that. Oliver Stone was never my favorite director, and Nicholas Cage is just a joke. Bad Casting for Ghost Rider, too. This movie will suck @$$!

I think it's TACKY....what is the point? It's just Hollywood trying to profit off of tragedy as always.

No, they should make more so people can see once and for all, that the people they call "foreigners" are the ones who risked their lives for us. I still don't understand why the racism because every american came from another country and if not their parents did.

i think its wrong in the fact that our country has been trying to move past those events for years now and it seems like every year they make something else to remind us of what happened so i really think they should just leave it alone
