Does celebration means only eating and drinking?

Celebrations tend to be milestones or victories and so eating and drinking as spoils of war or fruits of labor certainly makes sense.

And we do enjoy consuming -- it's indulgent and satisfying.

I'd certainly not mind a massage!

A celebration should treat the people attending and honor the focus of the celebration.

Let's see....
Awards shows have gift bags.
Businesses give financial bonuses.
Sports give trophies.
Schools give diplomas and certificates.

so ... not all celebrations include food and drink, but most do.
