I keep getting this message when I log onto some blogs or try to view video. Not all video only some. Have reloaded Windows media player- it is working , Reealplayer- it is working, Quicktime- it is playing. What do I need to do to fix this problem?

try this one , It seems that your registry entries has been damaged so you need a to repair it and then your other software will work . try , this is free for 3 section repair :

Did you alter the registry and accidently delete something. I used to get that problem after I accidently deleted some files in the registry. I had to update Windows Media Player to get it to work again.

Spyware can do it as well. If you go to a xxx site and download some videoplayer that it tells you to use, it can create havoc to your machine. It will add files to the registry. You might have to backup your important files and do a complete reinstall of windows.
