well there is this thing and u can lose a pound a week and its not hard 2 do all u do is every day get 250 calories worth of excersize and cut 250 calories from ur diet.and by the end of the week it ends up burning 3500 calories and that equels a pound lost

Well aside from obvious stuff like eat less and exercise more, believe it or not a huge amout of fat can accumulate in the abdominal region due to stress- so try to get lots of sleep and get rid of stress, do lots of sit ups etc, but all of it will not go away...

I'm cutting back onfats. Like get baked chips instead. Skim milk or reduced fat milk. Drink mineral water not soda. walk twenty five minutes a day. run twenty minutes. Low cal beer. no cheese, reduce bread, no fat mayonaise, fat free lunch meats.....I'm just trying to loose ten pounds.

i do the adkins diet. i sware by it. but than i switch to the weight watchers diet so im still getting my carbs and stuff...you lose about 3-4 pounds a week and its greeat!!
