I'm 16 and I've been spotting for a month now, sometimes it's brown/dark red discharge and sometimes its bright red blood. Somedays it is so light that i thought it would stop the next day, but it doesnt! I'm worried because it has been a month and it still havent stopped yet. My periods were very normal before. What might be wrong? Anyone had this problem before and went to doctors to check? Thanks in advance.

First of all I would recommend that you go and visit health department or a cynegologist about the issue. There can be many reasons why you are spotting; One might be if you are on a pill, you may have an infection, or if you are sexually active you may have an STD. OR your hormones are just temporarily whacked out and you are spotting because of it... I'd discuss it with a professional.

The brown-dark red discharge worries me a lot. Please see your doctor.
