i am in a hostel so give me simple ways to become thin

an year back, i was 148 lbs.
i drink more water.jog for half an hour.
having a colorie mgt chart.

now you can see how am i.

its very easy to get slim.
try it.

You probably are not toned. Which is to say that you are at an appropriate weight, but seem flabby in front of a mirror.
If you excercise you will become toned and not necessarily lose weight...as muscle weighs more than fat.
I assume if your appropriate weight is 96lbs you must be pretty short...lengthen your muscles by doing pilates or going to a dance class. This is so you wont get short stocky muscles and look even shorter.

Find some stairs and tone up. Or wait to grow taller--how old are you? Remember your bones are growing too, if you are 13-20, your hips might be making you wider than you are used to be, and there isn't much you can to about that. Wouldn't worry about dieting if you are at a correct weight for your height.

I'm sorry but if you weigh 96lbs,no matter what your height, there is no way that you need to lose weight. You should take a look inside yourself and figure out exactly what it is that's causing you to focus only on your weight. You have to love yourself to produce a positive self body image.

First you need to average your weight out with your height and age. 96 pounds sounds like you are withering away to me. Eat something girl and smile. Curves are in!

YOU might think you look fat but ask others to see what THEY think of you trust in the people you are asking dont go on a diet if you're already perfect. =)

Unless you are under 4 feet tall, you are not fat!! Don't worry about it, eat well, and stay active.

climb staircases and donot munch on snacks in between meals try munching on carrots and fruits for a change.
