Sadly, having bush and palmer are nothing to be boasting about...
Palmer is still quivering in his knees from his injury (i've been checking him daily because he's also on my team) and reggie bush is still in the backseat to McCallister, although he'll get his reps.
For the first pick I would go with L.T. He's a really safe bet: 1) the team isn't going to clinch a playoff spot so he'll be there for your fantasy playoffs. 2) Rivers, although not entirely new to the game, is still going to need a safety net. In comes Gates and handing the ball off to L.T. 3) Larry Johnson has a crazy amount of potential, however, the guy is losing lineman after lineman. If it keeps up, he'll have nowhere to run. First Welbourn retired, then Roaf. Now Shields is saying he'll play hurt, which is never a good thing for any player.

I had the third pick and I didn't hesitate to get the reigning MVP, Shaun Alexander, after LT and LJ were picked 1 and 2, respectively. I'd also use top picks to get Owens, Westbrook, Dunn, and Darell Jackson. I had a gift in the 7th round to get Eli and the 10th round to get the Steelers defense. Hell, I used my last pick to get my kicker, Josh Brown.

definitely pick LARRY JOHNSON. I would take Alexander second and L.T. third. I would wait until the 3rd round to take Bush, and around the 4th to take Palmer.
