My mother in law has this roaster/frier thing....I want to say it's made by george foreman, it fits a huge turkey and produces a seriously good, juicy bird in around 2 hours....no lie.......

Home Depot Sells them, both gas and electric i would like to warn you BIG BIRD may object to being placed into a deep fryer. If he gets angry he can become deadly. LOL So can a store bought Bird become deadly if you try and deep fry it inside! place the cooker outside well away from anything that burns. a number of homes have been burnt down because this type cooker was used incorrectly. As they say on TV use only as directed. Good luck
