if your a believer, then i'd say the chicken cuz something had to lay the egg and sit on it til it hatched and i doubt god had time for that. besides, it says he created all the creatures of the earth, an egg is not a creature until it hatches alive. and anyway, if you want to really know who came first, it was the rooster.
