Definitely team 1. You have the best player in the league (LT) and the best defense (carolina). Warner and Green can put up big numbers and both ur receivers and tight ends are solid. You should drop Bryantand Addai. Aside from that ur team should be a contender.

reason,depth. team 1 you have 1 stud wr (fitz). and at rb joseph addai and mike bell are not on single back teams. also warrick dunn scored less tds than tj duckett
team2 delhomey to ssmith double up also k johnson opens things up .parker without the bus ,rudi with a weak palmer

team 1 wins they have WAY better playes with tomlinson,fitzgareld,trent green does things silently,reggie wayne is a sleeper because he has peyton as his qb

i personally would go with team 2 they have a great rb crew..better points and good depth in both qb and wr slots allthough if you could trade out you def/st i would
