I have proof he lied to get the children. he abonded me and the children a year ago, hes now trying to get custody because their taking child support, will i get them back with proof? court is in september

If you can prove that you did have primary custody of the children during this incident, and that you did not attempt to change residence to another state, then it's only a matter of time and sweating out the bureaucracy before you get them back and he is charged with a false accusation. You'd have to press charges for that though and at the same time sue him in civil court. I'd say it's a good time to graduate from your social advocate to a paid attourney. This will increase your chances significantly.

he must have had damn good proof or either the courts were already questioning your stability. it is very hard legally to have custody taken away. thank god they are safe.

It sounds to me like you don`t have a lawyer in which case you deserve to lose. BUCK UP & pay the money! that`s what it`s all about. To many men loose their kids and money to women,So since he did his homework better than you, you`ll loose.
