Yes, home test can be faulty just check with ur doctor so u wont be stressed. Oh yeah did u know stress can cause a late period. So stressing about a late period can make it later! Anyway check with ur gynocologist at least once a year, Im about ur age and I have been having irregular period plus other symptom and it cam back positive for Polycystic Ovarian Disease. Not saying thats what u have but just stressing why u shoudl get annual pap smears and check-up.If woudl have never went to the doctor, it could developed into cancer.

you should do a home pregnancy test first thing in the morning when you wake up. substances that verify your pregnancy is highest at this time.

if it still comes back negative, then you have to drop a lot of your worrying. yes, periods can be irregular at times and there are a lot of reasons that could cause it. electrolyte imbalance, change in sexual routines, and asthma are some. a period can even be delayed for a month, at times.

but if this doesn't put you at peace, then confide to a close girl friend. someone who could share with your experience (better if she already went through your situation) and you could learn more about her and her stories. you could also consult a doctor. this is the torture test of course but since you already said that your pregnancy kit came out negative, it's 95% sure that you aren't preggy.

let me know if i could help you further.

Youre prob not pregnant, however, if I were u, id stop taking prescription medication just in case until u get ur period. Either way, periods are late all the time, and most of the time, those test are correct. :)

how late are you?

is it more then 7 days?

if not.. then wait the 7 days and take another pregnancy test (this is assuming your like clock work and always on time). if you are constantly getting different dates. talk to your gyn and see about birth control it really helps in putting your period in check

baby calm down and relax, if you're not having any symptoms then you may be ok. i took a home test and it showed negative but i know my body very well and 9 months later comes my son. check your breast for tenderness & see if there's a difference in the food or fragrances, if none of that makes you sick then you should be ok. have your obgyn do a check on your uteras and cervix

Wait for a few days to see if your period comes. If not, try the pregnancy test again if you want, but either way it goes, go to see the doctor for a proper diagnosis.

YES, THERE'S A CHANCE THAT YOU ARE PREGNANT.
