It is too early to say. His ex-wife provided a good alibi, with no obvious motive for lying about it. We should have DNA evidence in the next few days which will give a much better take on this. In any event, the man is a nut case and probably should be committed.

i have not considered any of the quite data, and that i don't believe of any human beings on right here would have had a lot get admission to to it, both. So, i don't believe of any human beings can comprehend the comprehensive tale except he's properly convicted, or maybe then, there is likely a great number of stuff that the universal public will by no skill learn. That aside, even with the undeniable fact that, i'd not be shocked both way. The case remains fairly a lot up in the air, and at the same time as it became presented that that they had a suspect, i became actual shocked that they theory that they had adequate data adversarial to someone to arrest them. i became lower than the diverse impression that a lot of what that they had were rendered unusable because of an infection of the crime scene. i go off of Karr's Wikipedia web page, right here, that would or might want to no longer be doubtful, yet I assemble that the data they have adversarial to him is largely circumstantial, which, at the same time as no longer precisely suspect, isn't precisely damning, both. So, i fairly do not comprehend. what's for particular, even with the undeniable fact that, is that he's an entire weirdo, and that i fairly do not imagine he should be on the line, no matter if he killed JonBenet. It appears like he's carried out a great number of damage elsewhere.

Most important piece of this puzzle is the whereabouts of Karr on 12-25 and 12-26 of 1996! Place him in Boulder and the prosecution has a slam dunk.....otherwise.....no case! Incidently, the skull fracture occurred AFTER death, leaving open the possibility of an "accidental strangulation", just as Karr has said! The dna could be inconclusive....but the letters S.B.T.C. on the ransom note as well as in Karr's yearbook? Hmmmmm....very interesting! Obviously, we need to hear what the DA's office has on Karr. At this point.....we are not privy to that and can only speculate. Could go either way....he did it, he didn't do it!

Hummm to many things to question.. the older couple that went to the Christmas party and played Mr. and Mrs. Santa were also suspects and also had a suspicious back round.. their daughter was abducted about 10 years prior to Jon Benet's death.. and the older woman had written a book about the death of a young girl in a basement... the mother and father of Jon Benet acted strange.. and the ransom note appeared to be in her handwriting... but.. then you have the SBTC thing that Karr wrote before the murder.. just seems like there are a lot of suspicious people in this child's life... I hope that they catch the person that did it some day.. it is sad to have a child murdered in her own home at Christmas time... also the interesting thing.. the pineapple and cup of tea or coffee that was on the counter.. when the family said she went straight to bed... humm I had thought it was the boy who killed his little sister.. but... with a cup of tea or coffee ?? he was too young.. so it had to be an adult... that was with her.. hummm lots to think about.. but I would say... anything is possible.... anything... :(

I was actually just about to get on here and ask this.
I don't think he did. But I do believe he's one sick twisted little man.
How did he even know the Ramsey's? Or at least know of JonBenet? How did he know their house? Or at least to know where he bedroom was, where the basement was? etc. My mom said he could've broke in and searched around the house looking. But I think I'd hear if someone was going through my house like that. Don't they have an alarm system? I'm not sure. I've always assumed they were rich.
I've always thought and will probably always think that her family had something to do with it. Argue with me if you must but...My thoughts will never change.

Absolutely!!! He is a sexual offender that lived in the area at the time of the murder. He admitted to certain elements of the crime. He knew things about the crime scene that the normal public did not know. His wife or ex-wife is covering for him. He is a freak that needs to be put away for life, if not executed. I believe he did do it and should pay the ultimate price for his crime.
