Are we talking about Batman (pre-crisis, I think) who has Kryptonite, or Batman who does not?
Without the Kryptonite, no contest. Batman is pulp... and not the meaty kind you find in OJ.
With Kryptonite, it depends upon whether or not Superman is stupid enough to allow Batman to open that strange lead-lined box that he's carrying for no apparent reason...
Now that I've proven I've known to many comic geeks, give me my two points and leave me alone!

Well, we did see Bruce kick the crap out of Clark in Frank Miller's The Dark Knight Returns. Batman seems to have a little more intelligence than the Man of Steel when it comes to raw survival techniques. Superman doesn't seem to need to ever test that boundary, unless there's a kryptonite shank in his right kidney.

Superman-he had super human powers. Batman was just a human hero in a suit. Glad they never fought though.

Superman. He actually has super-powers... Batman relies entirely on technology.

BATMAN.
On condition that he has krytonite in his utility belt.
Then Batman can do whatever he wants with Superman!
