The police may put him in prison because he plans to kill him instead of calling the police about that criminal, but the probably that the police wont because this murderer is very dangerous and will continue killing Innocent people,in plus that any policeman will kill him if he tried to escape.
For me he saved humanity.

Yes, because the murderer might have also thought he had a sound mind. Killer goes to prison, period. It is for the judge to decide, and not the yahoo board.

speaking legally yes. the man who killed hundreds of people is still innocent until proven guilty by a court of law. best thing to do is to get him arrested and let the government kill him.

absolutely not he is justified in my book, u probably saved millions more.
unfortunately that's not the way it works he will go to prison for a very long time and if it's someone in power he kills he will be lucky to make it anywhere without getting gunned down by the bodyguards!!!

No, I don't think that he should because what he did was a good deed, but I think legally the court system would find him guilty of course, unless he had a really really good lawyer/reason for killing him, as in self defense or something...

one law.... killing anyone with intentions of killing him is a murderer.... even if you're a soldier, or an officer of the law. that's why they have this notion of upholding the law. anyone violating is a criminal yet no one has the right of eradicating a criminal, let alone killing him (unless of course, in self-defense)... for no one should be above the law...
if you mean getting imprisonment for his act, well... yes if found guilty (which is the law). but if found in self-defense and not guilty, no... he'd be acquitted...

Not if he has been employed by the State to execute the killer.
Not if the killer is a soldier doing his sworn duty.
Otherwise, yes.
