Ashlee definately has. What you can do is go back and find an old pic of Ashlee when she was on 7th Heaven. Then get a very recent pic of her and you can definately tell the difference!

Not Jessica, Ashlee for sure. I mean cant you tell, its pretty obvious. Just look at it this way: When they asked her is she got a nose job, on one interview she answered: Maybe yes, maybe no. I mean who says that if you haven't? Cause if that were the case, then you immediately deny it.

yeah ashlee has for sure, that's no secret. they've both had quite a bit of work done, i believe. that includes boobs, lip implants, collagen, etc. you'll find all you could ever want to know about that sort of thing at this site:
