GI Joe has this matchup cold....one simple reason....nuke factor.
Yes, the old Joes have military ability, and nothing stops sheer number support...and as well, even MASK's units suffered losses, getting shot up, and after the inital units are destroyed, Joe's still got reserves....MASK is out of the game.

YO JOE!
M.A.S.K. is defintely an elite unit but they are limited in personnel and heavily rely on technology while old school G.I. Joe is like the cream of the crop from the seals, berets, rangers, etc. and they do have the technology to do battle as well.

G.I. Joe showed a very strong ability to stop any wacko in a full head metallic mask. So MASK goes down like Destro and Cobra Commander anyday.

MASK has the more advanced technology, but GI Joe is definitely more skilled in combat, strategy, stealth, and espionage.
I'm putting my money on Joe.

It is GI JOE . they have the skystriker polited by Ace. and the USS Flagg. and the AWE srtikers. and the leaders like Gen Tommahawk(HAWK) and Duke and Flint and of course Snakeeyes. I don't think MASK had any females like Cover girl and Lady Jay so it is GI JOE
