Super expensive meaning rich people, I'm just an average jill. I want to take my mom to get a few treatments done. How will I know if it will be a good treatment (product wise) and if it is worth the money it costs?

Find a beauty school...they have to practice on someone and they are under supervision...it is not free BUT it is cheap...

In the US you will spend around $30-$40 USD for a pedicure and about $25 for a manicure. This is for an average priced place. If you want fake nails that is more.
