send it back or report the company about that seller or give him a very bad feedback...

If you bought the item through paypal you can file a claim with paypal and tell them you want a new item or you want your money back. Paypal is very good about resolving buyer/seller conflicts. You can also contact ebay. The first thing you should do is contact the seller and see if you can work it out. If that doesn't work then contact paypal.

contact the seller, if there is no response. contact ebay. They have a consumer service team that will invistigate the problem, if the seller is at fault they will refound the money.

I did that once. The process takes about a month, but it works, and I got my money back .

Be sure to print out your order and the page from your account showing the $ that went out to them contest the payment with your card services and if your history has no abuse of this they will handle it for you.
