On the computer, they could spy on sites you visit or use a keylogger to see anything you type. Of course, people could also spy on you in ways having nothing to do with the computer, like looking in your window or listening to your phone.

Spying is in many forms. Like in the real world, you can just listen to what other says (no need to use my eye), check on the stuff you used when you are not there, etc.

Similarly in computers, person can spy on other in many forms. He can monitor your computer for keystores you type, or network for type of data you send so it would still be spying.

When you dn't have webcam, so sure he cannot see you though it.

As long as you not give any permission for any unsigned drivers dont let other non trustworthy sites installing cokies and Controll x devices your Firewall is up no problem(this is just to protect you privacy )(files).
But nobody can see you without you having a Webcam.
Sometimes you'll see your name on a website you have never been to . that is just a trick it is your computer displaying it not the Website. If you not signed in nobody knows who you are permissin is required from you. So if in doubt don't give it.

yes it is. if you have ever heard of "spyware" than yeah someone can be spying on your activities, whether your downloading pornography or downloading copied material. So just get anti spyware to solve your worries.
