i have tender breast, i had a period but it was very light, no nausea, but headaches alot, stomache feels differnt... help everyone i just turned 17 today i need help... thank you for responding.

but what if my parents dont know that i am and i still live under there roof and how am i gonna make it to the doctor without my mom and dad knowing they need to be with me if i go to the doctor...

Go to the doctors and have a blood test, they are more accurate.

Just because the test doesnt say you are doesnt mean you arent. For a test to show...you must be a month to a month in a half preg. Sometimes some women still come on there period when they are pregnant but it is very rare. Happy b day by the way!! Oh and you dont need your parents to go to the doctor. Now in days the docs have a law thats called the privacy act. They arent a loud to give out your information to anyone...even your parents...unless you are dying or something. But if i was you i wouldnt hide it from them. Your 17. I know how you feel and what you will soon go through if you are pregnant. I am 16 and i am 6 months pregnant. I will be 17 in less than 1 month. But trust me....you would want your parents to know..because your gonna want that extra support and advice. False negatives are VERY common with home pregnancy tests. The only way to know for sure right now, of course, is to see a Dr. and get a blood test or sonogram (usually vaginal sonogram at this early stage) done.
Negative results can happen even if you are pregnant, if you're not far enough along the level of HCG in your system is too small, it won't detect it. Wait a few days and test again. Make sure the test isn't expired and you're waiting the appropriate amount of time, but NOT longer than the dictated time.

Signs/symptoms for pregnancy can also be for a number of things. If the test was negative odds are you are NOT pregnant. If you dont want to accept the negative result for whatever reason get another home test or get a blood test. It sounds like you are looking for/hoping to be pregnant. You are 17 ... have fun while you can

Sounds as if u need another test and a visit to the Dr. A blood test will tell u if u are or not and its quicker than a pee test thats how i found out i was pregnant too

The at home test never worked for me and I was pregnant. The only way to know for sure is by getting a blood test and they can tell you if you are pregnant within the hour.....at least my doctor could..........Good luck honey

a blood test is more acurate. also some women don't have over the counter preg test work on them. also stress can mimick pregnancy smyptoms and cause your period to be abnormal.

Get another and better hospital to test you...preferably change location...move to another city.
