because it's spicy and because it has a different taste than other hot sauces. you have to realize that this stuff is aged for a long time before being put into bottles. that tells you something about the product.

I love the new one by Tabasco that's smoked chipolte. I love it cause of the flavor & it puts the mmmmm where the mmmmm needs to be !!! Perfect blend !!!!!
