I have frequent headaches on the right side of my head. It usually starts out as a dull pulsating pain and can either intensify or remain a dull pain, it also sometimes spreads to other parts of my head. What could this be?

take Vervain tea 2 cups in the morning 3days in a row! Avoid any stress activities for these days! If this doesn't clear your headaches best go see your doctor... you'll likely have some serious problem. There's a multitude of things that can cause serious headaches.. Alcohol is one, Diabetes is another, Extreme Stress, At the computer for far too long. Eyesight problems! The list can go on but I think you get the point! Take Vervain for 3 days as I said above!

Girl you need to quit taking those and go to your doctor asap! i am 24 and take Vicodin all the time because of my headaches, due to birth control. So yes, go see a doctor before it gets worse ok. There are so many other ways of birth control now that do not involve pills.

The general consensus around here is that in order to get a diagnosis that is trustworthy you need to schedule a doctor visit also if the pain is a result of an aneurysm you are lucky to be alive as aneurysms are usually fatal in particular if they are left untreated.

If this is a fairly new thing I urge you to see a doctor and ask for a CT scan. There may be something pressing somewhere in your head. Or you might be developing migraines. If you are there are many new drug and other treatment options today. Good Luck.

hunger or stress, possibly eye strain or a bad prescription if you wear glasses or contacts. you might want to go to the eye doctor or a nutritionist to determine the catalyst for the headaches
